Nursery Projects

Soooooo.....the nursery. Me being me, since the moment I found out we were having a baby, decorating the nursery has been all I can think about. All I knew at first was that I refused to do a pink nursery. Initially I wanted an all white and ivory nursery with bright pops of colors. That plan had to change when the wallpaper that was the crux of the decor ended up just being too expensive.

Guess what?!? The nursery is now pink. Ha. Very soft pink, but pink. There will be pictures to come of the nursery as it is finished but for now I wanted to share some of the fun projects we are attempting to decorate the room.

Being on a budget, a lot of things needed to be home made. Grandma O'Brien made the curtains and Ed and I are making a lot of the art work for the room.

The first project are paper numbers, the second text from the A Mid Summers Night's Dream, and lastly a home made mobile. The first two are done and we are about to begin the last (also the most daunting). Here are some pictures (but not in the room because it all needs to be apart of the grand reveal). Enjoy what we have done for now!
